Last updated: 18 June 2026
Application
Strongeiflushing supplies services to consumers in New Zealand. Where you acquire our routine roadmap services for personal, domestic, or household use, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) applies.
Guarantee of reasonable care and skill
Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and be fit for any particular purpose you tell us about before agreeing to the service.
Guarantee as to reasonable time
Where no time is agreed, services must be completed within a reasonable time. We confirm expected timelines in writing before work begins.
Guarantee as to price
Where price is not agreed beforehand, you pay only a reasonable price. Our published prices include GST and are confirmed on invoice.
Remedies
If our services fail to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-supply of the service, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss, or cancellation and refund in accordance with the CGA. Remedies depend on whether the failure is minor or substantial.
Business clients
If you acquire services for business purposes, the CGA may not apply. Contract terms will be agreed in writing.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead you about our services. All marketing on this website is intended to be accurate and substantiated. See our Terms of Use.
