Cancellation & Refund Policy

Service type

Routine roadmap services are custom consulting deliverables created from your personal information. Once drafting begins, materials are tailored exclusively to you.

Cancellation before work starts

If you cancel before we commence discovery analysis, you may receive a full refund of any prepaid fee within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation after work starts

After discovery notes are documented or a draft is underway, refunds are proportional to work completed. Completed deliverables cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods; remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act may still apply if services fail to meet guarantees.

Rescheduling sessions

Reschedule video sessions with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit that session unless we agree otherwise.

Revision period

Each package includes refinement session(s) as listed on our Services page. Additional revisions may be purchased separately. Revision requests should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Dissatisfaction

If a deliverable does not reflect agreed scope, contact us within 14 days. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a corrective revision at no extra charge. This is without prejudice to your CGA rights.
